Irma J. Zamora is a junior at Amherst College majoring in Spanish and working on the Five-College Latin American. Caribbean and Latino Studies Certificate. Most of her academic work has pertained to Latinx communities, specifically focusing on US Latinos, Mexican Americans and Spanglish. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family in California and working in tutoring programs around her community.
